by not only playing or taking part in his/her chosen sport, but committing
to participate in year round conditioning programs. The bottom line in sports
conditioning and fitness training is stress. Not mental stress, but body stress.
The dedicated sports person must put their bodies under a certain amount of
stress to increase their physical capabilities. However with this added body
stress comes stress upon the soft tissue structures of the body.
Sports massage helps to remove this stress from the body so that the energy
you commit to training is not wasted by any inhibiting factors in the muscles
